Hi! My name is Lisanne Spruit and I am 24 years old. I started studying in Wageningen one year ago. After picking the wrong master program at first, I switched to Development and Rural Innovation and I am really enjoying it! Before coming to Wageningen, I did a bachelor in Biology at Utrecht University and worked for an NGO in Kenya for 1.5 years. It was because of my experience in Kenya that I got interested in the social sciences. Development and Rural Innovation is a unique master program that enables people like me with a natural science background to study issues related to international development. If you want to know more about the master program, studying in Wageningen, or anything else, I am more than happy to help you (studentcoachmdr@wur.nl).
